If you think your book has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and send details of the problem along with the UNIQUE ID number, which is printed on the 'Thanks' page by the end of the book (it starts with a #)
To speed up the process please also send us a photo of the damage so we can use it as proof when dealing with our printers.
We can then assess the damage and if we are responsible for the issue, we will happily replace the book with a fresh copy.
