The photos I have uploaded do not appear on the preview, why?

We have found that a lot of the time the photos are not uploading onto the book properly due to a web browser or a device issue.

Web browser's like Internet Explorer and Safari can prove to be a teenie bit problematic with the photo uploader because they do not update their softwares as often as others such as Google Chrome. Devices like mobile phones and iPad's can also cause a few problems due to it being a little bit fiddly.

We highly recommend for the best experience with our photo uploader to use Google Chrome on a desktop computer, as they like to keep up to date with these softwares.

If you do not have access to Google Chrome, get in touch with our Customer Happiness team who can upload these photos for you on their side. Just send them an email on help@thebookofeveryone.com and we'll be with you in a jiffy!
