Why won't it let me go past the shipping details page?

Whoopsie! We have found that when there are some issues with this page because of the drop down menu that is located at the top of the screen (please see attached). Please make sure that you have selected either 'use new address' or select an existing address from the options. 

Once you have selected and completed either of these, please try again by clicking the next button and you should be all good to go!
